Convert ext .koz to readable mp3 music

I use to download sprint music to my sprint phone and after buying and buying so many songs, I learned that they are not transferrable to any music device because of sprint propiertary i.e. "koz." Every song has this ext (koz) so I am stuck with using sprint cell phone for my music. Sprint says there is no solutions, and tough luck. They switched to using the Hero HTC and thumb their noses to the customers who bought into this mess. Their idea of helping their is not to help.
