I deleted my hidden cookies. The site I was looking for wasn't listed, guess they were using IPC address? My computer has ( in-private browsing), never used it, it works, the site doesn't know who I am. After looking around, a proxy server, will work also, depending on which one you use. It will hide your ipc address.

I have no reason to hide my ipc address, not trying to do anything illegal. Just wondered how some sites always knew who I was, even with deleting cookies? Now I know, thanks again.
