Cooling

Hi all

I need some help. I need to know do I need more fans? The cooling that I already have is CPU Heat-Sink/Stock Cooler (Fan), GPU Heat-Sink/Stock Cooler (MSI Fan), and obviously the PSU Fan. My case has heaps of ventilation holes on the back and on the side and front and three places for case fans. Two 120mm and one 80mm.

run "RealTemps" program and see what your core temps are. Free program.

Heat is the biggest killer, so why not add the extra fans. if you can add more intake fans and create some positive air pressure you will keep the inside of the chassis cleaner and do a lot for overall cooling.

I Had to use a spare PSU to do that as my old one died. See my thread dead PSU. but the temps were sitting on an average of 35c at idle and 48c at high load. (running Battle-Feild 2 for 30 mins). Do these temps sound right? See my specs to figure if it is right if need be. I used the program mentioned.:huh:

I will add an 120mm in the front and make this intake, a 120mm at the rear and make this expel warm air and the side 80mm to expell warm air aswell. as the CPU and GPU fan will be also near the rear 120mm and 80mm fan aswell as my PSU blows into the case 120mm fan pointing down.
