Copy a DVD in Windows 7?

Hey, got a question about copying a dvd i have here..

It was a dvd made for me of P90X and im trying to make 2 copies of it. I have blank DVD's on hand, dvd burner ready to go..just not sure of a good program to use. If you guys have any reccomended freeware, or if windows 7 now incorporates this action, please let me know.

I have no idea what P90X is.

However, this is a very good free burning suite V3 Software Store - Ashampoo Burning Studio 2010
