Copy only new files

When you go to copy multiple files in Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit edition, there is no dialogue to let you copy only files that are newer. Is that available or is it just the lack of interest of the designers of this software? Is there any work around?

This problem drives me crazy.
For ex: I have copied 7 zip setup file on my desktop. Instead of giving a pop asking to copy or dont copy, it directly copies the file and gives a filename with Copy suffix.
