Solved Copy Paste Confirm window

For about the last month, my windows explorer copy paste confirm window has reverted back to the windows XP version. I can click on 'more' in the lower left hand corner and get the newer version that gives the option of copy or not or copy and keep both. How can I get the newer version back as default without having to select 'more'? Thank you.

I have not heard back on how to get my copy paste confirm window to look like the win 7 version again. I still get the old xp version.

What can cause this? How can I get copy paste confirm win 7 back? Thanks all.

Hi Joanne, have you installed Classic Shell? That can cause the old XP style copy window to appear.

Copy dialog
That has the option to choose between XP and 7 copy Windows.

If that's the case, right click on the classic explorer toolbar and you'll see an option to replace the copy dialog. You need to untick that option.

Thank you. That did the trick. It was Classic Shell.
