I have Chrome 68 in this computer (HP in my sig.) I've installed Win 7 and Chrome 68 on my other one (Gateway in my sig.) I know Chrome profiles, unlike Firefox profiles, can't just be copied from one machine to the other.

I've installed Tampermonkey on the other machine. What would be the easiest way to copy the same 16 Tampermonkey scripts from this computer to the other? Must I download and configure each one again?

No. That's about sharing between 2 Chrome versions on the same computer.

The one at the bottom of the page might work, beginning "A simple way to store your userscripts externally"
but this part is beyond me. I don't write scripts, just download them.

"just replace the parameter ?dl=0by ?dl=1 which will serve the file instead of showing it. Then, in your userscript header, just add downloadURL Dropbox - 404. Don't forget to increment the Version so that TamperMonkey will detect the update."

Can I just carry the extensions over on a flash drive from UserData in Windows Explorer?

Ho Rowin7,

Not sure what Chrome does.
My browsers Palemoon/Waterfox if i decide to refresh them, an "old" file is created, and placed on the desktop.
You could in theory drop it to a usb and install on another comp

You can't transfer profiles in Chrome the way you can with Mozilla products. Chrome profiles carry some kind of file associated with the computer they're installed in. It's really primitive, but I have to use it for work.

Thanks, but I'll wait for some Chrome people to help.

Turns out that both the list in Tampermonkey and the scripts on the site are alphabetized. The easiest thing was to reinstall each script.
