Hello issac welcome to sevenforums,While you openly admitt you have no knowlage on overclocking you come here and want someone to give you a bios template for your hardware specs so you can achive some sort of overclock. First off even if another member has the same setup as you there is no guarantee those setting will work for your motherboard. Second Overclocking done wrong can leave you with and expensive paper weight and void product warrantys. But what disturbs me most about your post is you seem unwilling do any work at all finding info on your motherboards overclocking abilitys. The time it took you post your question here you could have done Google or Bing search to start gathering info about overclocking your motherboard. That being said I visited the Asus forums to find info about overclocking your motherboard and while Asus claims your board is excellant for overclocking I found no helpfull info on there site. Unlike EVGA which has entire treads dedicated to understanding overclocking there employees even post templates on overclocks they have achived. The best info I found was a video on youtube. Asus Sabertooth 55i Bios - YouTube Again I did a fairly quick search and you should go back to Asus forums and do some more searching to see if there is something I missed. Also EVGA forums has very good info on understanding overclocking the i7 processors so put a little effort into understanding overclocking before you get started. Knowing that overclocking is not done without some risk I would not want to give you info that would fry your board, you would not be happy with me nor would it reflect well on Sevenforums. Good luck, when you do get that overclock make sure you come post it
