Coreldraw AND Adobe Illustrator hang

I run CorelDraw x6 vector graphics package, or I did.
I can still start the program but when I do new or load existing I just get the hourglass.

I tried downloading the trial of Adobe Illustrator. It will start but again hangs on new document.

I am guessing both packages are calling a Windows or Nvidia dll, but then, I like Borderlands 2 so what do I know

Update your System Specifications with Speccy, and then copy this information into your System Specifications: Go to your UserCP, and then select Edit System Spec in the left pane.
