Solved Correcting email address for registration

My wife has tried to set up an account on this forum so that she can ask questions and become a little more informed about her computer. Upon registration she inadvertently entered her email address incorrectly. Since then she has tried repeatedly to reset the email address, to no avail! It always tells her that the "administrator" has received her correction but still she has never received a confirmation email. Is there anyway she can correct this? Thanks
