Corrupt image.

Alright so i have a canon 790 ls powershot and i have the hp m7680n. i inserted the memory stick into the mmc/sd slot, and the message saying "you cannot open this file before scanning" comes up. so i click scan and fix. i could see it wasnt working after an hour so i took it out. put it in my camera and the images werent there. Any way to revert it using cmd, batch files, anyhow?! i had alot of memorys on there and scanning it was a mistake. I have win7 ultimate. Please answer.
