Solved corrupted files that can't be fixed

I did Option Two and got some corrupted files that can't be fixed.
I attached sfcdetails file, Can you please help me? thank you so much!

I can’t do fresh installation because my internet is so slow (to update).
I tried windows repair multiple times, but it nothing happen.

I have look at your posted log there are too many corrupted Windows system files i suggest you do a repair install Windows 7 , your personal files you get to keep if you perform a repair install of Windows 7.

Repair install will reinstall Windows and keep all your data and programs but after installation you will have to reinstall all updates.
As your internet is slow, download the offline updates and security only on a computer that has faster internet, copy to a flash drive and then install on your computer.

I could install most of windows updates, but I keep getting this error Code 80070002, when I get it I can't install Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 for Windows 7 x64-based Systems (KB2901983) and Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6.1 for Windows 7 for x64 (KB3102433). when I solve this problem the 2 previous updates are gone and another new update comes (Microsoft .NET Framework 4 Client Profile), I try to install it but I get a new error code 643. I solve I get the another error (Code 80070002).
I used some repairing tools from microsoft, but it didn’t help me at all.

Sorry for my bad English and hope you help me.

No, I took my laptop to my cousin’s house, they have fair internet connection not fast but not slow to update it normally.

I try to install it directly then this happen

tried repair tool

still nothing happen and this is 'log', don't know if it gonna help

I did sfc /scannow it was all great, I restarted my laptop I then I got this error

both errors keep coming 1 by 1. here is update history

And System Update Readiness won't install

Use the System File Checker tool to repair damaged Windows files. To do this, follow these steps:

2. Run the "sfc /scannow" command.
3. Try to install update again.

I’ve done these steps, it says ‘windows resource protection didn’t find any integrity violations.’
I’m going to do clean reinstall

You can do a repair install your personal files will not be deleted if you do a repair install of Windows 7.

I did it few days ago and it was great.
I don’t have any issues with windows update. I only have problem with MS NET Framework 4.
Now I’m at work, as soon as I get home I will do clean reinstall.

Windows 7 update error 80070002 - the story of a fix.
But couldn’t understand anything.
