Corrupted something? No idea.

When browsing through one of my folders I get what is posted in the picture below. The middle and right are normal, but the left doesn't look correct at all, nor is that picture anywhere in the confines of my hard drive as far as I know.
Also sometimes the images in different folders will look odd as well, like a blurry, rainbow-color thing.

Anyone have an idea what's going on here?

In addition run SFC /SCANNOW Command

Update your drivers, especially display driver.

Make sure all Important and Optional Windows Updates are installed.

ICit2lol - I did run a scan with MBAM the other day and nothing came up, this issue has been around for almost a week now, and I'm sure no Adware is on my PC since I check pretty much daily and after installing any program. But I will give AdwCleaner a shot and see what it brings up.
I'll also take a look at the tutorial as well.

gregrocker - I'll give that a run before I run AdwCleaner. Will post back with results.
Also, Nvidia has yet to fix the vertical lines issue that people are experiencing with 1080p resolutions, so I'm stuck with Nvidia's 306 driver.

I'd be very surprised if superantispyware didn't come up with something though.

Ran SFC /Scannow and it fixed some corrupted files, but did not fix the issue and I am now unable to use my custom themes.

Running SuperAntiSpyware as I type this and it's so far found 19 "threats" AKA tracking cookies that usually are dealt with by my CCleaner firing squad. I just finished blocking the sites of origin of the spyware cookies (all advertising cookies, go figure).
Update: The tracking cookies was all SuperAntiApyware found, will run AwdCleaner after I wake up.

just re patch your computer for the themes to work,
what is in the corrupt looking folder, if it is music, could it be that there is an image embedded in the tag. you could use mp3tag to remove it.
though i have never seen an embedded image corrupt a folder file before.

The image is in the Pictures folder within another folder. To me it looks like a texture map for a face that is used in most games today.
