I have an H100i and I downloaded Corsair Link v2.3.4816 from the Corsair website. It had CPU fan speed and LED control panel. When I changed the LED color, it uncontrollably flashed between the RGB colors. I uninstalled the program and then reinstalled it. Now the LED and CPU fan controls are gone. I would really like to use them. Does anyone know why they are gone or how to get them back?

You well find a considerable amount of info about trouble shooting Corsair Link2 HERE.
There are several versions of CL2 Each new flash addresses a specific problem, DO NOT reflash unless you are experiencing the problem the newer flash addresses.
You should start from scratch, delete CL2 and ALL saved profiles, and then do a fresh install.
