Hi there
I only *Think* an alienware machine might be able to - but the size of those things -- You are probably too young to remember when laptops first started appearing. They were known as "Luggables" back then -- Alienware - although magnificent machines very definitely belong to the "Luggable" category - total impracticable for any sort of portability.

If you need 32GBs of RAM, I would really recommend a desktop. That would be a lot cheaper - especiall if you build it yourself. Then you could benefit from the many discounted component offerings from e.g. Newegg.

Agreed, high end doesn't some cheap. But to get my high end spec from Alienware would cost a hell of a lot more than I paid for mine. The Aurora for instance comes in at £400 more than I paid, the only differences being an i7-4930k and 8GB more RAM, 3TB less HDD space and as far as I can see unbranded HDDs and PSU. Plus I have a Sabertooth Z87 motherboard WD Caviar HDDS and a Gold Modular Corsair PSU.
I completely agree that quality costs, but you can get just as good quality for less if you shop around.

I can't imagine what someone would need 32GB for. Even in recording studio systems and people that load lots of MIDI tracks, even those don't even max out 16GB.

In some cases people believe they need more memory than necessary based on a misunderstanding of the numbers in Task Manager. They see a low value for free memory and conclude that they need more RAM. Actually this is probably the least important number in Task Manager and usually means very little. But it is hard to conceive how this could be stretched to 32 GB RAM. There are situations where this much RAM is warranted but not many.

My Memory is full when I am running two browsers or one browser and another heavy application. I would like to be able to run alot more tabs in several browsers as well as other programs and never ever lag.
For excrement and merriment, I just now opened twenty browser tabs in IE10 on my desktop and my memory usage increased only one percent over only two tabs open. My little Lenovo G-570 is only a bit more upscale than your HP, also has only 4GB RAM, and I've yet to saturate the RAM. Of course, I don't get ridiculous by running four security scans simultaneously while playing music and web surfing on my notebook like I can do on my desktop; even then, I rarely top out 16GB. Even when mass editing large (as in obscene) numbers of photos, I rarely top 16GB RAM (and that is including system caching) and then, not by more than a fraction of a GB and only briefly.
I'm not even sure your HP's motherboard will support more than 8-16GB of RAM. You don't show what version of Win 7 you are running (assuming you are running Win 7; otherwise, why are you posting here?) but if it's Home Premium (most likely), the OS will support no more than 16GB RAM, assuming your motherboard will also go that high.
How did you arrive at the conclusion that you need more than 4GB of RAM? What programs are you running? Can you show us a screen shot of the Processes tab in the task manager showing what's running when you are maxing out, or close to maxing out, your RAM? I'm suspecting something else is going on besides inadequate RAM.

"......or one browser and another heavy application." It would be very helpful if you tell us what you are doing when you are using up all your RAM. Are you surfing the web while using photoshop or some video editing software?

Can you clarify what "My Memory is full" means. A screenshot of Resource Monitor showing the memory tab would be useful. The amount of Free memory is largely irrelevant.
