Could not find pgscard.dll error

I'm getting a pgscard.dll is missing error when I try to start a game. I can easily find the solution and download for it but I can't tell if the sites are legit. This is one of many. Pgscard.dll is missing? Download it for Windows 7, 8, 10, Xp, Vista, 32 or 64 bit - Fix4Dll.com
Can you tell if this is a legit download or can you recommend one you know to be safe?

i think the best thing you can do is uninstall the game that gives the error, and [FONT=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica][FONT=Verdana,Arial,Helvetica]reinstall the game from the original setup installation file.[/FONT][/FONT]
