Counter Strike graphic

Hi.

i just recently got the windows 7.
I play world of warcraft and other MMO's in highest graphics setting and have no problem but when i play the counter strike, graphic is horrific.
Red boxes fall out where blood is suppose to be;;
i updated my drivers and still the same.
i have tried to change the color setting from 16bit to 32 but it wont let me. ;;

What version of Counter-Strike are you playing? 1.6, CZ, Source? What version of Windows 7 are you running? 32-bit or 64-bit?
