Counter-Strike problem

Hello everyone, I'm having a serious problem in windows 7 with counter-strike, when i am alone, i have 100 fps, when i have about 2 enemys in front of me, my fps is 40 =[ are there any usefull tips to get higher fps, before win7 i had xp, and fps was all the time 100

In-game

When you've started CS try to write ex_interp 0.1 in console. I had a fps problem when I saw other players, and this worked. Now I have 100 fps stable
