hello,
since i installed seven on my PC, almost every time i try to play cs 1.6
when i try to pick a team (ct/t) or i connect to another server,
the screen freeze and i have to close the game from the task manager.
i asked ppl from another forums, and it happens always on windows 7.
what wired is that sometimes the game continues until i try to connect another server.
i have win7 ultimate 32bit.
i tired to reinstall the game including steam,
download the latest version of my graphic card driver,
and change the refresh rate and nothing helps.
someone knows how to fix this problem?
thanks, and sorry about my English =\

I have 6 pcs in this house with w7. 3 are pro 32bit 2 ultimate 64bit, and 1 ultimate 32bit. None have this so called problem that everyone has. You should post some pc specs. No one can help if you don't give the full information of this pc.

A long time ago I've saw this issue with bad keybind settings. Doing a really clean install or not using your old keybinds and config files may help.

ive ran 1.6 on three different win7 x64 machines with no issues (other than the game sucking compared to source).

Also, there will be many times in a tech's life where he/she has to run tests or replace computer parts that he/she is 99% sure are not the cause of the issue. You came here for some help and then shot down one of the first people to offer their knowledge free of charge to you. I would advise against doing this in the future. Take 10 min and check that your hardware and drivers for said hardware are up to date.
