CPU enhanced Halt (C1E) etc ?

Hi. CPU enhanced Halt (C1E), C3/C6 State Support, CPU EIST Function. Would it harm if I disabled any of these as these are at auto?. I no these are to do with overclocking. when changed to XMP profile 1 It doesn't seem to like my PC so turning these to disable will it help. If I did disable would I have to change anything else like voltage?

It will not help your XMP profile, leave those alone. XMP is for memory, you need to have XMP memory to use it.
