CPU Fan problem

Hi everyone. I have one project in .net, and i have to run about 20-25 instances of that software. and thats why the cpu usage is very high. FANS and running and laptop is heating and i have fear that it may raise any problem

Is there any solution of it ? I am thinking to buy laptop cooling fan , is it a right option?

I have Sony vaio EB34 with and specifications are:

64 bit system
3 GB Ram
processor Core i3

Multitasking "normally" stress the cpu and of course produce heat.

To buy and use a laptop cooling fan is always a good idea.
