Okay, I have a few more options as shown in the picture. I tried checking an option saying "set all fans to 100%" but i see no difference.

How may I go about increasing my pump/fan speed?

I have a i5 6600K and made the stress test with CPU-Z. The temperature raised to 62ºC and CPU fan only was at half speed. CPU clock was at 4200MHz. My CPU fan and heat sink is a Deep Cool 31 PWM Deep Cool Theta 31 CPU Cooler IC231PWM - Micro Center
that cost me US$ 16.
Can't understand how a US$ 60 H60 is worst than mine Deep Cool.

Ah, mine might be warmer because of my case's cooling, as well as my CPU is much older and requires 95 watts of power. Much more compared to yours I'm sure.

I'm pretty sure if I put my cooler in your case, your temps would be better than mine

Good news!

It appears I've applied too little thermal paste, so I added more and the temps look better under full load. heres a picture.

Now all I gotta do is run it overnight to see.
