Cpu problem 100%

My configuration:
CPU: AMD A10 6790K 4.5 OC
RAM: 8 GB 1600
GPU Asus r9 270x 2g ddr5 OC
PSU: 750 w
Windows 7 PRO x64 sp1
Game is bf4

Mantle or directx11 same thing.
My CPU stay most of time 99.7 and 100%. Cpu with all cores 100 % . Videocard maxim 50-75%.
Fresh windows install. x64 game load, with x32 is worst.


With high settings, first report 5 minute of play 99.5% cpu ,memory 75%, GPU 75%.
1920x1080 60 hz low settings 85-92 % cpu usage

Any idea what is rong?

Seems I solve the problem without oc procesor and jedec standard for memory, that was the key for me. I keep test!
