CPU usage 100%. Internet not working.

I recently got hit with a virus, which I believed I have removed. I have windows 7 and have ran avast, malewarebites, spybot search and destroy and ccleaner. Still my CPU usage is 100% and my internet works for about 3 seconds after booting it up normally, then stops working, on ALL browsers.

Any ideas?

I had a similar problem but my cpu only raised after connecting to a non secured wireless connection

mines connected to the regular wired connection that it has always been connected to.

Then try to formate your pc or download malware bytes premium that always helps
