Hello! I have a intel core 2 duo at 2.66 ghz processor and when i install windows the pc works good But next day is slowing down and the processor monitor gadget shows me 60% usage. I don't understand why it is slowing ! Can anyone Help me ?

).. if you usually check you task manager on xp, you would notice that the cpu graph always fluctuates while the RAM is on steady note.. in 7, it is the opposite.. the cpu graph is steady while the RAM fluctuates from time to time.. on my understanding (dont quote me on this for i could be wrong
), it is because this setup affects power consumption.. you see, processors require more electricity than RAM.. 7 makes it so that the processor is rarely used and the RAM is given more priority resulting in high resource usage.. but that is just fine.. if you need more processing power, it is only then that the cpu is utilized resulting in lesser electrical consumption..
