Hello, and welcome to the forums. First off, i have the same graphics card as you, HAD that driver, but didn't have problems with the Cpanel. Have you tried to use 190.62 drivers? Apparently the 191.07 drivers have been causing quite alot of problems for people.

WHQL certified drivers have been tested for compatibility with Microsoft products by Microsoft and are certified to work (and the check's in the mail! - yeah, right! :) My sarcasm stems from an incident with WHQL certified drivers and an HP 750n computer.

Other drivers work also, but they aren't certified by Microsoft
