Crash on C-Media audio controller

After a clean install, i install my drivers as usual and open c-media audio device and the pc just hangs, then crashes, any idea's or solutions? im running x64 ultimate

Welcome to the forums realbaz, are you getting any bluescreens at all? also can you please fill out your system specs (see my sig for the link and more info.

Thanks, done and it says (32 bit) in brackets in the uninstall manager

Boot up in safemode, uninstall the audio driver download and run this regcleaner: CCleaner - Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com then download and install the drivers from DriverGuide - XP Drivers, Windows 7 Drivers, Printer Drivers, Audio Drivers, CDROM Drivers, Network Drivers, USB Drivers, Device Drivers, Driver Downl
If you are not dead sure uninstall the driver with this: Guru3D - Driver Sweeper

Thanks, but i tried multiple files form the website and it will not work, the sound card is a Genius sound maker value 5.1 card

It works perfectly in 32 bit, but i only have access to 3gb of ram...
