Well Today I instaled a new antivirus on my laptop.
Every time I run the scan, a blue screen and crashes. When I reboot it again it shows a pop up saying that my windows crashed and if I want to send the report or not. I already sent it but I would like to fix it has quick as I can.. So the code it's following.

Are you running any other antivirus software besides kaspersky?

No. I'm only running Kaspersky.
I uninstalled the previous antivirus that came with this laptop. It was Trend Micro Security.
Trend had problems to. Everytime I restarted my laptop a message would pop up saying that there was a problem with the latest update and all. Anyway..I used it until my license expired. And I bought kaspersky.

Uninstall Kaspersky from Kaspersky Removal Tool , restart your computer, download the latest version (2011) from kaspersky website and install it. Your current key will work with the new 2011 version.

All of this conjecture about whether the Anti Virus is the cause of the crash or not can be resolved if you upload your .dmp file as I suggested in my first reply... otherwise, everyone is just guessing...
