On a brand new HP 6540b (WD685EA#BED) with 2GB RAM a user is getting a BSOD when printing (to any printer even PDF...they all work fine from other applications) from one of our applications.
OS is Win 7 Pro x86. Other users also on Win 7 x86/x64 have no problems printing from that same application.
I'm getting win32k.sys as the possible cause. I'm attaching two minidumps.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
PS: I did a couple passes with memtest and memory seems to be just fine.
