Crash while playing or watching Videos

Hi im getting freezing and crashing my pc while i was videos in youtube or while im playing games ...
Sometimes while im doing that i get a warning : the driver of graphics card has been stopped after this i get a BSOD.
Graphics Card: Ati Radeon HD 4800
Version : 8.5
I think the version is the latest

PC freezes randomly

Hi im getting freezing and crashing my pc while i was videos in youtube or while im playing games or even in explorer...I dont know but this is ruinning my life i have reformatted my pc and still the same. Also when it crashes/freezes i cant move my mouse and the screen freezes
