crashed multiple times need real help please

hey everyone, here is my info and my crash info, had AVG, got rid of that no crashes for a few days and then bang again. please advise my nvidia card is updated as of 15 jun 10 and my soundblaster card as of 16 Jun 10 Bios is current just do not know why i continue to get BSOD'ed

It is creative audio driver, please download and install fresh copy of it

Also, I would download third party called memtest86, burn it to CD and let it run for at least 6 or 7 passes

Ok have most recent driver installed from Creative, running Mem check as we speak, just had another BSOD, attached here is the recent dump ran sfc /scannow came back 100% no intergity issues WTF, well I am still trying! please advise

Ok, ran Memtest, multiple times, changed positions with all memory no issues so far.

you've run individual stick to choose a good stick, then test it on different slot with no error?

ok 1st pass with memtest 4.0 tried running 3.4a froze more than once. went to ocz's website adjusted bios to mem 1333, voltage 1.64 everything else set to auto

ran all sticks 1 by 1 no errors

ran matched sets of 3 no errors

running all 6 now

Ok ran all mem, and have been reading up at ASUS forum's and OCZ's help I may have nailed it had to set CMOS issues with DRAM to what the OCZ help desk has asked me to do. ran fine last night ran windows memory diagnostic, "NO Issues" attempting to run memtest 3.4a first if no luck will run 4.0 and we will see tonite

by the way my desk top is running stable since the changes I made to CMOS, but obvious there are some issue with some memory.

How many ram stick do you have? Have you run memtestx86 on individual ram stick? It might be Compatibility issue when you run 2 ram stick together? or it can be one of the ram sticks is bad or your motherboard slots are bad

6 sticks 2 gig each ran memtest on individuals, ran them 3 at a time that is how they were sold and then ran all of them together

You need to remove all sticks but one and run memtest on that stick. You need to test each stick individually in this manner.
