Crashes and system restart--please help

Attached you'll find reports (Zip format) based on this forum guidelines

System is a Windows 7 Professional x64, full retail version
Brand new PC, Intel Core I7-2600k [email protected], 8Gb RAM
Any more info needed?

anyone out there?

Hey guys, can anyone take a look to the attached files and give some guidance? This is a new PC I bought for my wife, spent a lot of money and started experiencing this random crashes that are freaking me out, I can't even figure out if it is hardware or software, I already had problems with this PC, had to send it back and they replaced the motherboard, got it back and everything looked fine until I noticed that the PC would restart who knows why.

Again, any help will be much appreciated
