Crashing every few hours. Minidump shows IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

For the last couple of years my PC has been constantly crashing and restarting. This happens seemingly randomly, for instance whilst reading my emails or when watching videos on youtube etc.

It used to happen maybe every 6 hours or so but recently it is happening a lot more, say every 30 minutes now. What is also strange is that it is freezing instead of crashing and restarting now. The strange thing is that in safe mode with networking it doesn't seem to crash (as of yet).

I have attached my minidump (renamed as txt) from the last crash in 2016, it has been freezing since and hasn't generated any dumps. The previous dumps all seem to indicate IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL as well.

Things I have done already:
Ran chkdsk /r
Ran Windows Memory Diagnostics (no errors)
Stopped all services on start up apart from windows ones

Please fill in your system specs

Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.​

In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'. After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

Please upload the chkdsk log :ar: Check Disk (chkdsk) - Read Event Viewer Log


Please remove some files to increase the free space to at least 10-15%.
Every partition needs at least 10-15% free space so Windows can do its thing in the background.

   Warning

Less free space could cause issues

   Note

Please run HDTune first, in the order posted!

Run HDTune to

• check the health,
• scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
• run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following

• the health,
• the error scan,
• the benchmark incl. following
  • transfer rate,
  • access time,
  • burst rate,
  • cpu usage.

Run SeaTools DOS to check the integrity of your HDD. SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use - Windows 7 Help Forums
Run the long test.

   Note

Do not run SeaTools on an SSD as the results will be invalid.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

Run chkdsk

Use option TWO with parameter /r
Upload the chkdsk log :ar: Check Disk (chkdsk) - Read Event Viewer Log

I have attached the chkdsk log from earlier.

Running HDTune now.

Make sure to run chkdsk another time, according to the log a few bad sectors and other stuff have been found so we want to make sure there is nothing else that needs to be done.
