Crashing/Freezing/BSOD on Fresh Install

I have a custom build PC that i've been using since Feb 2012 and up until a few weeks ago it had been working great. Randomly I started to notice that it would crash and BSOD at random times maybe 2-3 times a week. This would happen overnight or immediately after i was finished watching a movie (streamed to my Apple TV 3 in the living room). I don't do much gaming/HD graphics on my PC. I finally had enough and decided to reimage the original drive (Corsair F60 SSD - 60GB) but it immediatly BSOD once the base Win7 Ent image was loaded. I purchased a new drive (SanDisk Extreme SSD - 120GB), reimaged, was able to load the MB drivers and utilities but failed halfway through the Windows Updates.

For the past week and a half I've done a TON of things to troubleshoot and determine what's wrong but the crashing and BSOD is still very random and inconsistent. I've since reimaged about 5 times, each time installing fewer drivers and applications. I've updated the BIOS to the latest version, reset to default BIOS settings, and removed the battery to clear CMOS, swapped RAM to different sockets, ran a memory test overnight (no errors), removed all extra hard drives, checked the PSU voltage, and temps are normal.

I have been using the PC for the past 30mins or so with no issues but it seems as if i open Youtube to watch a video or tutorial then it will freeze and crash. I simply can't pinpoint the issue

It seems that a error occurred within the Level 2 Cache, I would suggest running the Prime95 test with Small FFT's.
Enable "Round off checking" before the test (see first post below tutorial).

First of all, thank you for taking a look at this! The stress test failed after only a few mins. Of the 5 windows that were running under Prime95, i noticed that CPU#2 did say hardware error unfortunately i didn't get the whole message before it blue screened. I tried running it a second time but the whole thing just froze up and i had to reboot. During the blue screen i did see a message that said "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval." Does this mean I have a faulty processor or just an incorrect configuration? Since the PC was first built i've left it at the default settings, no overclocking or anything.

Stop 0x101's, which is the message here: "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval", are almost always related to the processor, and since it failed the test within the first few minutes and also created a BSOD, then unfortunately you most likely have a faulty CPU.

The results.txt log for Prime95 may have been saved within the Prime95 program folder, to reach this folder, follow these steps:
  1. Right-click the Prime95 program
  2. Properties
  3. Open File Location

I'm not sure if this changes anything but I started to look into the warranty process with Intel and they "advised" that I run their diagnostic tool first. I ran it and of course it passed easily, but appeared to be just checking settings. After that I decided to give prime95 another go, at least until I got a results file. This time it ran for a solid 10-11 hours and passed all of the tests. I got home from work today and it was and the black BIOS loading screen with a message that said "Overclocking Failed: Press F1 to Run Setup". I found it odd that it all of a sudden ran for 10+ hours straight which makes me wonder if it was a false diagnosis. Thanks again.
