Please uninstall the following software for testing purpose. You may install it back if we know they weren't causing any problems.
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Norton Internet Security	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Norton Internet Security	Public
Start Menu\Programs\Norton Online Backup	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Norton Online Backup	Public
Start Menu\Programs\The Hacker Antivirus	Public:Start Menu\Programs\The Hacker Antivirus	Public
Run these tools and delete anything they find:
ESET online scanner:
Download a copy of Microsoft security essentials and Malware bytes free. Make full virus scans with them.
:warn: Do not start the free trial of Malware Bytes; remember to deselect that option when prompted.

Run a full scan with both (separately) once downloaded, installed and updated.

Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
Run Disk Check on your hard disk for file system errors and bad sectors on it:
Update to the latest version of your graphics drivers from Device Manager or from the manufacturers website.

Keep us posted.
