Is there a local hot spot, maybe a Starbucks with free wireless nearby, try the pc there.

Some laptops actually have a wireless on/off button, and you should see a symbol of an antenna around your keyboard somewhere. The antenna should be blue.

No IT staff at this college to maybe help you out ?

I apologize for the extremely late reply. The Wi-Fi just began working all of a sudden. No idea why. All is well now, except for the fact that the resolution for some reason is very low on the computer. All the drivers seems to be up to date though. I greatly appreciate all the help thus far.

Did you check for a new Display driver, via Windows Update, the PC or Device Support Downloads webpage?

Is the Screen Resolution set to highest available?

Fill in System Specs if you'd like help finding the driver, or at least the Display hardware.

It's actually working now. I had to reinstall my AMD Catalyst. Thank you for all the help everyone.
