Hey guys, new to this site. All I am after is some info on how to CREATE MY OWN THEME !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have struggled to find anything on Google

All I want is a program so I can FULLY Design my own them ! ???

Please, somebody help me !

The best and easiest way to build your own theme is to use Ave's Windows7 Style Builder .

And , beside it, you need an image editing tool like photoshop or GIMP.
