creating new theme, need to change icons

Hello everybody

Thank you for welcoming me to the forum


I want to be changing my icons but I need some help

I have heard of an icon expert named "Brink" and would like to seek their help though I don't know how to find them

Can anyone help me find Brink to answer my question?


My question is I'm making a new theme for my computer and I wonder if I can change the icons for all of my programs to little animated sheep (some of them will be running, some will jump.. some might sleep but I'm not sure about that yet.. we will see).

Please help if possible I am on the Windows 10, but I am happy to downgrade to 7 if necessary
