Creating System image

Hi, I'm creating a system image on my laptop. Is it safe to use my computer while creating a system image?

I wouldn't, just because i don't like anything interferring while it's doing it's thing. That's just me though

Yes, it's safe . It uses a copy on write driver. Might take longer.

Ok. I'm creating a system image on an external hdd. If I use my computer while its creating an image, will it restore without errors?
