Creative speaker makes lots of noise

Hello group, a couple of months ago we brought a couple of new speakers (Left and Right) to the office and now it starts making lots of noise if i raise the volume. I can hear the songs on Youtube just fine with low volume but i can almost hear nothing on Facebook.

I thought they were new speakers??

Does anybody know what is wrong with my speakers and how to fix this??
