Crysis 2 pc demo BCcode 124

Hi, im not new in this forum i had this problem long time ago.And cant resolve it until now.
Im 99% sure this was from my faulty video card.Its an XFX HD4870 512mb no worries its has lifetime warranty, im start thinking to rma my card.
So Bccode 124 can be cause by faulty card too?

Update,
When the game start i got all green screen and the is no terrain and grey screen its only happen 5 sec then the game start normal.And this only happened today,yesterday was fine.
