CS:Source freezes once map loaded.

Zombie maps seem to work 80+% of the time.

De_dust2 works about 50% of the time, and Cs_assault NEVER works.

halp. Reinstalled the game, no luck.

Oh thank god theres two of us, I feel much better now.
Running build 7068. Did yours seem to go after about 2 weeks too?

Can you get any maps to work? Do custom maps work? I haven't tried Surf maps etc, just a few zombie servers that worked fine.

Surf is 50% for me (i only tested Rebel_resistance) but Dust maps are 50% aswell, i can go on most custom maps like 80% but normally after 2 crashes it will work fine.

Also if there is a map change 50% of the time it will crash

Do you know the date yours stopped? perhaps an update did it since we both got hit around the same time.

Can you get assault to work ever?

Yeah assault works i just went on it, then i go into clan server for dust and it crashed haha

Guys is that 32bit or 64bit ?

I have run 7000, 7022 7048 , 7057, and now 7077 , but all in 64other than 7000 ... and it runs ok ? I did a clean instal of steam when i did the clean install of 7077 ...
did you guys do clean installs of win7 ?

I sometimes get the hl2.exe fault , but thats when i close everything down , when im finished and it comes up after about 10secs ??? but come to think of it , it hasnt done it on 7077 ?

What about the nvidia network manager ? If you have it installed ?

No Nvidia software. I can't play at all now, it says I have a different map to the server and it wot innitiate the download for a new map

Edit: more info, if you go to vista driver, then back to the seven driver (WWDM 1.1) it will work fine, not sure how long for.. but I'm testing now, will post back.
