Welcome to Windows Seven Forums. I assume you're talking about Adobe CS3? If so, it'll work fine on Windows 7, so I'm not quite sure which plug-in you're talking about.

One thing you could try is to copy the disk contents to your hard drive, and then install from there. Assuming your DVD drive accepts the disk, just launch Windows Explorer and copy the disk contents from there. Where did you get the disk from? One thing you could try is to copy the disk contents to your hard drive, and then install from there. Assuming your DVD drive accepts the disk, just launch Windows Explorer and copy the disk contents from there.
