Hello people.

Have anyone of you noticed that your cursor blinks once or twice while either:

  • Holds cursor upon 'window bar'
  • Holds cursor upon 'minimize - enlarge - close' bars
  • Moves cursor to the explore taskbar area
Not that annoying but, I notice it. :)

Please note that I have no theming or 3rd party software that'd disturb Aero.
Question is, do you have it? Should I just ignore or do something about it? I also plugged my mouse in another USB port with no difference.

I think it's just the idea that Windows is "updating" certain files sometimes. Like if you right click, it blinks very fast sometimes, you don't notice it if you don't look for it.
