it looks like the top part of the cursor (for whatever the cursor should be at that time) and there stacked on top of each other maybe 10-12 of them or so. the only way to fix it is if i close all my opened windows, its really annoying, how can i solve this?

Hello Riley.
It may be that your computer cannot handle the graphics that you set it to, or perhaps there is a strange system glitch. What are your specs?

Press [Windows key]+ Pause/Break to bring up the system menu (or bring it up from the Control Panel) and tell me what your W.E.I. Score is (if you have run it. if not, then run it now) for your graphics and over all.

It is indeed. What is the graphics score?
There will be two: Gaming and Desktop (Aero). What are those?

Indeed it is.

Well, it looks as if you can run Aero... Click on "Adjust Visual Effects" on the side of that window. Select "Adjust for best performance" and click OK.

This will set you back to the retro Windows 98 look (don't worry) but should shoot performance up. Does the glitch still occur?

Can you reset it and leave the Visual on Performance setting? If it still occurs with the performance mode on, then it is probably a bad file or something.

Alright. What you can try now is this:

Find CMD prompt (search in the bar) and open AS AN ADMIN.

Type "sfc /scannow" and see what happens.

Ok, so it looks like something may indeed be wrong.

Pop in your Seven install disk and open up Setup (from WITHIN windows). Then select REPAIR and that should fix any and all DLL errors.
