There are people reporting that IE 11 is causing problems with gadgets.

Check you DPI setting some are saying the update changes the setting to high see if that it, you need 100% http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/443-dpi-display-size-settings-change.html

Thank you for the answer but I have a 16,4 1920x1080 laptop screen. If I change it I will have very small letters and icons. This isn't a solution for me.

I guess you have two choices either uninstall IE 11 or not used gadgets.

Oh, thank you. That worked and solved my problem!!!! Now I have to find a solution for the size of the gadget.

OK, Here's the much in demand update for 12hr clock options.

Notice the small extra dot on the Blue Clocks face in the piccy below, This is the PM indicator when it's in the 12hr format.

I edited this so the date would be YYYY-MM-DD , to resemble the ISO 8601 format.
