Solved Custom Logon Screen

I used the following Tut on how to change the Logon Screen:

but I cannot seem able to edit out the following:


I can remove it but I can't seem to change it at least to a size that the default is. This came with The Hud Machine Blue theme. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Hi,
If you wish to upload some thing please use the forums upload features and not photobucket,
So we might easily tell what size and file type it is without all of the bugs from photobucket
