Try this one ;) This may have some problem with a black box around it. It is only noticeable if you use the small taskbar, or the superbar, when its only at 1 line (if you know what i mean.)

There is a way to do it. See this thread, and try this png. ;) I am sorry i do not have time atm to help you further :(
How to make/change you start button.



You could also just ask Bull, if he can do it ;) Just pm him the png, and ask ;)
