Also nice ones Mike! Although I'd use a slightly more bolder font and tone the neon down a bit. Or what you could also do is create a new layer on top of the text, make a selection of the text, shrink that a few pixels, fill it with a random color, make the fill 0 and use that as a base of for the neon glow
That's what I did in my sig (although I made my glow very small).
