Hello GFX Team. I'm really not sure how to do this, but I would like you guys to figure it out. When Gary passed away his wife, Pam, called me to let me know. I didn't ask for many details at the time, as I could tell she was having a hard time with it, and I thought it best to just wait. I called her again last night. From what she told me, Gary had 2 tabs open to 8 Forums and Seven Forums, but he also had Photoshop open and was making a sig. It sounded to me that he was making this sig when he passed away. She emailed me the PSD files. I wanted to post them here and let all of the GFX team decide who was going to finish it or if everyone would like to give it a shot. Gary and I were pretty close friends, and to me, this is something very special. To be able to finish a project that someone was working on at the moment of his passing. So, I am posting the .PSD files I was sent. I have no idea what is in them as I don't have Photoshop. You guys/gals decide the best way to handle this very special project. I hope I explained everything correctly. If not, please ask.

Oh WOW! I'm honestly in tears as i write this...

I never asked Gary to create a signature for me, i can only imagine he started creating this off his own back to which i am immensely grateful for.

I see you managed to open it in GIMP. I just opened in PS and there are no fancy effects that GIMP can't handle. Are you OK with what you have?

I am assuming you are correct. He was most likely creating it, but it is unfinished. I just thought maybe someone on the GFX team would like to take on the honor of finishing his final work.

I'm not too great with Gimp to be honest, i used it for cutting things out etc but not had chance to gain skills in the effects and designing part yet.

psd files will open in GIMP which is a free program but someone would have to open GIMP and search and open the file that way,
Looks like he was working on some graffiti effects which I don't have that particular font installed so gimp doesn't acknowledge it,

Would it help if I zipped the file and posted it as a .zip file?

I doubt it but I'm not sure what the forum would do to the file ?
Seems it's a known file type and allowed the attachment but usually people would zip it up to insure nothing was altered/ compressed...

OK. I posted the raw files I was sent before. This is the Zip of those files, in case it makes a difference. Use whichever you want.
